Wooooo I haven't posted a journal in like a year and a half lol.. a lot has changed in that time. First off I started college last week, studying for my bachelor's in Software Development. I changed my mind from doing graphic design in college because I figured an education in graphic design might not do much for me when it comes to finding a job. Your portfolio and talent is more important than what school you went to for graphic design. So I figured I'd study something that I can get a good job in (and also enjoy), and probably do freelance graphic design on the side. The first week was great but also sort of overwhelming, so I'll have even less time to do design.

Also, I still work for the same company I did almost 2 years ago (cuparty.ca) doing weekly posters and flyers and stuff. But now I also do designs for nightclubs in China, so that's more work but I enjoy it! I'll have less time to do my own personal designs but you'll probably see me posting more work I've done for my clients. I've also updated my portfolio with my newest stuff. (rjartwork.com). Also got my first tattoo (in my deviant ID), hopefully the first of a few I have in mind. I also started working out again this past summer (which was probably the best summer of my life. Lots of fun, new friends and new experiences). So yeah... busy busy busy... but enjoying it. Life is good.
